Programme Manager

What can I say about Charlotte, other than she is a breath of fresh air!  She was exceptional at supporting me from the initial conversation through to present day!  She initially reached out with a requirement to lead a business through a substantial business improvement project allowing the UK business to operate more efficiently. The programme was multi-faceted including the full lifecycle management of an ERP implementation.  Charlotte is more like a friend than a recruiter, she is personal and understands needs of her clients. Once placed her job is not done, she stays connected and ensures things are going smoothly and if there is anything else she can do!  Honestly couldn’t recommend her enough!
