Laura has 15 years experience appointing senior finance and board-level executives. Her sweet spot is identifying leadership talent for both private and public sector clients and has a deep and wide network within the NED and Chairman space. She has a particular passion for challenging search campaigns where there is a requirement to think differently in order to find a solution. Outside work Laura loves international travel, posh nosh and supporting her local community.

Liz Gilliver

Director - Executive & Board Appointments

Liz has 20 years of experience delivering board level roles across the UK and Asia. She prides herself on always exceeding the expectations of her clients and has an extensive network spanning the Chair, CEO, NED and CFO markets across corporate, PE-backed and privately owned businesses alike. With three boys, Liz generally spends her weekends cheering on the sidelines, going on country walks with the dogs with a pub stop or two.

Julie Smyth

Director - Executive & Board Appointments

Julie has a recruitment career spanning 25 years and specialises in delivering top senior finance talent for our corporate market. She has one of the most enviable reputations in the Midlands and possibly the largest collection of LinkedIn recommendations and google reviews! 🙂. Julie’s passions outside work are firmly fixed in the delights Indian cuisine can offer.

Paul Hancock

Business Director - Senior Finance

Paul has in excess of 10 years experience in recruiting across the Midlands finance market and is considered a true expert in his field by both his clients and his candidates. At THG Paul delivers in the permanent qualified finance space and prides himself on truly supporting the careers of his contacts, offering sound advice based on a wealth of relevant experience. Arshi leads our Interim Finance Practice and is a highly experienced professional, with 10 years’ experience operating across Australia and the UK. He is committed to providing excellent service to all his stakeholders and prides himself on delivering efficient and effective interim solutions to clients with an immediate need. He is also a keen sports enthusiast, although this has tended to be more watching than playing in recent times 🙂

Operations Manager

Elaine is our Operations Manager and leads our support function at Trinity House Group. Elaine has over 20 years of experience in the sector and is integral to our success. She ensures that we are able to offer consistently high levels of operational support to our clients, candidates and team.

Amy Hudson

Consultant - Newly Qualified Finance

Amy Hudson specialises in recruiting Qualified Finance roles across both the SME and corporate markets. She has two years’ experience in recruitment, having previously worked in a Midlands boutique. Amy prides herself on a thorough and consultative approach, and not only is Amy passionate about delivering a “best in class” service, but in her spare time, she runs her own Korean martial art school – teaching Kuk Sool Won. Amy adds a fresh approach and keeps us on our toes.

Tom Soten

Business Director - Newly Qualified Finance

Tom has 10 years’ experience working in the Midlands accountancy market and focuses on qualified permanent finance opportunities. He is committed to providing excellent service to all his stakeholders and prides himself on delivering efficient and effective solutions with a straightforward and transparent approach. Tom is a keen sports enthusiast and will often be found in the office hanging out with his sausage dog, Cocktail.

Richard Wootton

Business Director - Finance - Interim

Rich Wootton has nearly 23 years’ experience recruiting into the senior finance interim space and absolutely loves what he does. He has an enviable reputation across the UK market and deep functional knowledge, allowing him to provide expert consultation to both clients and candidates. When he’s not at work, Rich will also be found on football side-lines and ferrying kids from match to match.

Lauren Eyles

Business Manager - Non-Profit & Public Sector - Interim

Lauren is our Business Manager for the Interim Finance – Public Sector and Non-Profit division. She has extensive experience in recruiting senior interims into the Public Sector throughout the UK and prides herself on offering a consultative service to all her clients and candidates. Lauren offers support to clients within Central & Local Govt, Education, Housing and Charities in identifying top interim talent to drive their organisational strategies.

Not only is Lauren passionate about delivering first class service to her candidates and clients each and every time, but in her spare time she unwinds by indulging in some knitting, baking and overseas travel.

Hollie Goodman

Business Director - Technology & Transformation

Hollie has over 10 years’ experience in the recruitment of Transformation and Finance professionals, with an extensive network of Change professionals she works tirelessly to find the right solutions for her Clients. The majority of her success is the result of proactive headhunting and referrals from her network to build and shape business Change functions. Heading up our Technology & Transformation practice, she covers permanent and interim appointments for Change programmes across the Technology, Finance and Operational space. Hollie is a keen tennis player and PADI Rescue Diver which she often uses during her travel adventures.

    Amy Pattison

    Amy has almost 10 years’ experience in the recruitment of Technology and Project Management professionals. Amy’s background is in large scale Tech and Change projects, which has allowed Trinity House Group to expand it’s offering in this space. Renowned in the market for her successful delivery of tough briefs, Amy uses her in depth expertise in Tech and Software Development and its integration into Projects and Product to support the growth and transformation of her Clients. Outside of work Amy loves to travel and enjoys dog walks with her Cocker Spaniel – George.

      Chris has spent his career to date building up an extensive network within the Non-Profit & Public sector. He takes great pride in delivering excellent service to both his Clients and Candidates and is passionate about developing the careers of others. Chris offers honest and constructive support throughout the recruitment process and always goes above and beyond. In his spare time, Chris attends as many concerts as possible and enjoys time in the countryside with his friends and dog – he can usually be found with a port, in a nice pub with a roaring fire.

He has deep knowledge and expertise in a range of sectors including Manufacturing, Financial Services, Retail, Construction and Logistics. Pardeep likes to dabble in the kitchen with some interesting recipes and is a keen sports fan.
