We selected Liz from a competitive pitch to scope and run a search for a CFO. This was a key strategic role as we scaled our business form a start up to prepare for institutional investor engagement. Liz ran a thorough search process and identified a panel of candidates with the right skills from both our own sector and across a broader field. Our final choice was among 3 or 4 candidates, each of whom was clearly well capable and so we had the opportunity to pick the person we felt would make the best overall fit. Liz coordinated with a range of stakeholders on our board and among our advisers and investors and ran a very timely and professional process. We certainly could never have achieved the result without her.
