Her sweet spot is identifying leadership talent for both private and public sector clients and has a deep and wide network within the NED and Chairman space. She has a particular passion for challenging search campaigns where there is a requirement to think differently in order to find a solution. Outside work Laura loves international travel, posh nosh and supporting her local community.
